I walk along Bloor St. every day and as i pass the bars and pubs the sidewalks are covered with cigatette butts.

Yes, i understand patrons must go outside to smoke but shouldn't it be the responsibility of the bar owners to supply proper ashtrays? Not a 4 inch empty can from the kitchen that no one uses. Perhaps it is simply the ignorance of the smokers that just don't care and throw their crap on the street but something has to be done to clean up what use to be a lovely street.
